Definition of terms

 

What’s That?

For those of you who are new to CrossFit, some of the terminology may not make sense.  Here is a list of some commonly used terms.

 

WOD-  work out of the day

GHD-  glute/ham developer

AMRAP-  as many rounds as possible

GPP-  general physical preparedness

LSD-  long slow distance

HPC-  hang power clean

PC-  power clean

OHS-  overhead squat

KB-  kettlebell

KBS-  kettlebell swing

DB-  dumbbell

TTB-  toes to bar
